One-of-a-kind ‘Burj Square’ waterfront community of Downtown Dubai.

The Burj Square site is located on Dubai Creek opposite the Dubai Design District.

The masterplan will comprise 8.2 million square feet of residential and mixed-use buildings.

The 8.3 million sq. ft. development is located next door to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Design District, with views of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Integrated neighbourhood features dedicated retail enclaves, hotels, waterfront restaurants, picnic areas, skateboard parks, daily markets, and open-air cinema.

A central promenade with fascinating water features and art displays. Over 5,000 apartments in lifestyle district with the first residential projects under design. 15 tower plots with towers of varying heights from 50 to 9 levels offer a wide variety of amenities and residential product types. Sites for a university and school and plans for sports, health, and wellness centres means the project is a live and play environment that will make it one of the most well-planned developments in the region.
