Westfield Bondi Junction (WBJ),

Australia's second highest-grossing mall, opened in 2004. Located in a wealthy suburb near Sydney's CBD, WBJ is a sight to behold, with its seven floors, 142,000 square meters of retail space, and stunning architecture.

WBJ was Westfield's most ambitious project and cost around $680 million to construct. It is now worth over $1.22 billion and will be used as a blueprint for similar developments in San Francisco and the UK.

WBJ's success is due to its unique target mix and strong performance of its department stores. The center has also converted a non-shopping center audience into a group that enjoys shopping at WBJ.
